Female sport(s), or women´s sport(s) is a common term used to describe all-female sports competitions and leagues other than composed by men. Level of play of women in all sports rose during the late 20th century, as women and girls were allowed and encouraged to devote their time in traning and practice. More women athletes now have "a strong work ethic, motivation to train on their own, intensity, and a mentality that can focus on the game. "Level of participation depends upon the countries but the women are participating in many games all over the world. Women participate in many games like olympics games, Asian games etc. Women players like Jackie Joyner-Kersee was one of the greatest Olympic athletes in history.

Women's American football :
Women are playing varius league matches of football. The women play during the spring and fall. Leagues are divided into two different ongoing and disbanded leagues. Like the Independent Women's Football League was founded in 2000, and began play in 2001. The National Women's Football Association (NWFA) is a full-contact American football league for women. The league was founded by Catherine Masters in 2000.

Baseball :
The All-American Girls Professional Baseball League was a women's professional baseball league founded by Philip K. Wrigley which existed from 1943 to 1954. National Pro Fastpitch (NPF), formerly the Women's Pro Softball League (WPSL), is the only professional women's softball league in the United States. The NPF revived the league in 2004 and currently features six teams: the Philadelphia Force, Washington Glory, Akron Racers, Chicago Bandits, New England Riptide, and the Rockford Thunder with possible expansion team Michigan Ice in 2008.

Cricket :
Women's Test cricket is the long form of women's international cricket. Most of the matches are scheduled to last four days, which is one day less than men's Test matches. Women also play one-day international cricket.By 2004 nine teams had played women's Test matches, as follows: Australia, England, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies.
