Differnt kinds of sports wear are there for different sports and exercises.Clothind worn should be according to the sports you are playing like bicycle racers the clothes should not be bulky or losse. Various physical sports required protective gear for example fencing.Clothes should be easy to launder. In the hot weather garment should allow the wearer to stay cool. And in the cold weather the clothes should be prepared like it keeps the sportsmen warm. Clothes transfer sweat from the skin. Clothing should protects the wearer from the extream of weather, able to cope up with our environment. Many factors are there on which clothing of a sportsmen depends like weather conditions particular area, type of the sports played level of saftey required in the sport. The practical function of clothing is to protect the human body from dangers in the environment: weather (strong sunlight, extreme heat or cold), insects, noxious chemicals, weapons, and contact with abrasive substances, and other hazards.
Shoes are another important thing for a sports person. Different kinds of shoes are there for different sports person like sport shoes, gym shoes, tennis shoes, cricket shoes, fottball shoes. Some athletes wear personal armour such als helmets or at football body armour. Almost every sports clothing has a light weight so the athlete does not slow down in speed.Wearing an outfit that is inappropriate for the routine will make you very uncomfortable. You will be less likely to return to the gym or even your basement if the exercise routine and your aerobic clothing are uncomfortable. Choose clothing that is light in color. This reflects the sun away from you. Black absorbs the sun (and the heat). If you are too hot and sweaty you may become lightheaded and tire out way too quickly to reap the full benefits of your routine.
